If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. This will avoid you being charged a flat-rate fee for late cancellation.
In case of consultation for facial pain, please come 10 minutes before the appointment.
If you take an appointment for two patients, please write the name, surname and birth date of the second patient on the appointment note.
