You are about to plan or cancel a first appointment for psychological counselling for your child/adolescent. The goal of this first appointment is to clarify what the exact question is and which counselling we can provide. Preferably, the child or adolescent and both parents are present during this appointment.

There is also a one-off file cost. Some health insurance companies provide reimbursement of these costs.

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. If you cancel late, Faresa will still charge you for the appointment. If you continue, you agree to the conditions above.
