Appointment cancellation is not allowed online. If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact us by phone : +352 51 58 20 or by mail on info@kinesport.lu


IMPORTANT :


- Be sure to select the service that meets your needs and in which cabinet you want to have your sessions (Belval or Dudelange)

- Please, do NOT reply to the reminder SMS but use the cabinet phone number as we wont receive your message

- Any session not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged.

- A confirmation email must be sent to you if you have made an appointment, as well as a reminder SMS the day before your appointment. If this is not the case, it is because the appointment has not been validated.


The consultations take place in Dudelange or Belval from Monday to Saturday. In case of emergency, don’t hesitate to call us.
