For the moment I DO NOT take NEW patients. If you take an appointment anyways you will not be traited.

In case of cancellation/rescheduling, you can do it on this page at least 48h in advance. You can also contact me.

If you take an appointment for your(s) child(ren), please use your email address and your patient file with yours datas. Then on the appointment note, please add the first name and age of your(s) child(ren).
